Hi! First of all, let me thank you for your interest in our apartments, which are 100% family-run, so, should you chose to stay in them, we'll give you a fully personalized service in which your happiness comes first. The apartments are located on a second floor, although two of them are duplex thus occupying also a third one. We live on the building's first floor, so we'll be readily available to cater to your every need.

As a final note, I hope you enjoy this website which, as it couldn't otherwise be, has also been created by the family. Warm greetings!

    Ablanu

The hazelnut tree is a notable species of the region's flora, being its denomination in asturian tongue 'Ablanu'. This apartment opens up to the south, which provides magnificent views of the Cantabric mountain range, namely the “Sierra del Cuera”. The Ablanu is the smallest of the three in regards of floor area, and it occupies only one floor. It includes, however, a mezzanine over the living room with a little single bed that's every kid's delight, and which added to the other two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds - amounts to a total capacity of 5 people.

    Brezu

This apartment, unlike the others, takes its name from a bush instead of a tree, as brezu in Asturian means heather. It's split into two floors and includes two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, both of them located on the upper floor along with one of the bathrooms (the one shown in the pictures). On the lower floor one can find the kitchen, the other bathroom and the living room, which faces north and overlooks the family orchard. There is also a convertible sofa so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

    Carbayu

'Carbayu' means Oak Tree in asturian, another native species which gives name to our third and last apartment. Just like the previous one, this one has a duplex setting, with two bedrooms (same bed arrangement as 'Brezu') and a bathroom on the upper floor, and kitchen, bathroom and living room on the lower one. It faces north too, and the main difference lays in the fact that the convertible sofa in this case accommodates two people, so the apartment can lodge a total of 6.

Located in a pedestrian area of Llanes old quarter, formerly known as "Plaza de las Escortes", currently "Cotiello Alto".

A quiet but centrally located zone, surrounded by all amenities. The apartments are in an old two story "Indianos" house (Spaniards who emigrated to Latin America and came back after making their fortune there), in which our best effort has been put out to make them welcoming to those enjoying their stay there.

Asturias oriental region has the privilege of being home to the most beautiful beaches of the Cantabric coast while contemplating the "Picos de Europa" mountain range, which make the area a wonderful Natural Paradise.

Llanes bears the "Town of touristic excellence" distintion since 1985.
